How we started
Honestly? It started because this kind of support
should exist — and didn't.
AssignedVA was born from a simple observation: talented, driven founders were spending their best hours on tasks that had nothing to do with their genius. The inbox. The systems. The content that never got posted. The processes that existed only in someone's head.
Having spent over 15 years inside businesses — building operations, negotiating contracts, creating systems that actually stuck — and having started a business from scratch ourselves, we knew exactly what was missing. Not just another pair of hands. A real partner. Someone who understood how businesses work from the inside out, and who could bring that experience to bear for founders who deserved better than good enough.
So we built it. AssignedVA is the agency we always wished existed — for the founders who are ready to stop doing it all themselves, and start building something that actually scales.
